Because I see clients by appointment only and spaces are limited, please be mindful of making any changes to or canceling appointments. Any changes made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in the loss of your deposit. If an appointment is cancelled, your deposit will be held and used towards your next appointment unless an e-mail request is sent for the deposit return, in which case a refund will be issued minus credit card fees. 

No call - no show appointments will be charged the full amount. I reserve the right to refuse service to repeat no call no show clients. In the case of a package series, a no call no show appointment will result in the loss of that session. 

To get the most out of your massage, I ask that you please be on time for your appointment. I recommend coming a few minutes early to start relaxing mentally and physically in the waiting area. I will always do my best to accommodate a client who is running late, but in the event of a busy day showing up late may result in the loss of that time.
